Dianova GB099 Pole Axe Tactical Knives

Was Shipped in a oversized bag with shrink wrapping. Side spike bent 90 degrees1/3 from end. Welds are rough and do not have complete penetration. Finish is haphazard with welds completely ground through in places to get smooth surface finish. Edges are decorative only. Will be made into a wall hanging as I would not trust construction in any form of impact.

Flimsy. The spike broke when testing on a cardboard box. This is no good for anything beyond static disp-layt and even then I am not sure if it would be. This isn't worth even this little.

nice piece - not as battle worthy as higer priced models but still godd for the money.

Good quality for the price point. While not as robust as it should be, it is fine for collection and reenactment. Considering that it is a fraction of the price of a finished poleaxe, it's worth the money.

It's a nice looking piece, but one of the welds on the riveting strap started to fail when I put it in the pole.

Some good, mostly bad. The hammer portion desperately needs improvement. It is two thin flat pieces of metal welded together. Junk. The axe should be thicker towards the blade. It's just a thin piece of sheet metal. If you want historical out of the box you will be disappointed. I plan to buy a cheap hammer, an axe, cut the pieces I need and weld them to this, grind away welds and remove tool marks, blue it and mount it on a pole. It will be nice when it's done, but more work than most are willing to put in. If you buy one for 4x the price you probably won't be disappointed. I was completely happy with the halberd they sold, no issues, good metal thickness, and about the same price!

Thin sheet metal, picture deceptive. I don't recommend.

It's small. Came very dull. The spike in top is good.if I had to do it over, I would spend the extra money to get the complete poleaxe
