Great ice machine
This ice machine works very well and was easy to install.

Not a good inversion.
I bought a new machine I paid to install it professionally it has been a headache it has broken down every 2 weeks I have paid to fix it more than $2500.

Super loud! Love it but it’s loud
Love that it’s easy to install but it’s much louder than the last one we had

Terrible product and aweful support
Purchased this ice maker, paid to have it professionally installed. Machine worked for less than two weeks before breaking. Searched for technicians, none to be found, called Manitwac who provided a list of companies of which I was only able to get one to respond. Technician came, paid him $250 to tell me it was a broken pump that was on national backorder. Waited six months, no pump. Called Manitowac, a month later a new pump showed up. This pump worked for a month and broke again. Horrible product and aweful support. I have essentially a $3,000 new boat anchor that can’t be used. Don’t buy this product.
