The best pots
Staub are the best pots. Hold the heat. Food doesn’t stick. Uses a minimum of olive oil. Great shape. Tight covers. Easy to clean. Love it

Beautiful way to bake my homemade biscuits
I have wanted this griddle since I first saw it in a pricey kitchen gadget catalog. It's everything I was hoping for, and more. Staub is quality. I have other pieces by this manufacturer and they are wonderful. Think I'll use my griddle for pancakes next. There's nothing like hand-made porcelain-clad cast iron cookware from France.

Staub is expensive, but quality shows
I LOVE this pan. It has a large surface for frying and the steaming lid works great. I have a dutch oven and a casserole in this line as well - all three are great. Easy to clean and heat food evenly.

Uneven heat frustrating!
Frustrated as the griddle does not have even heat. Used mostly for pancakes and get varied color splotches. I love the size and weight and things bake ok but again uneven heat makes browning smoothly, hard. No help from the company. No warping.
