Okay, so my grandmother who is in stage 4 of COPD has been having breathing issues for some time. As a holistic wellness practitioner I have been giving her various other oils and wellness treatments to help her. Although there has been obvious noticeable improvement since she has been on my regiment, she of course gives credit to the prescription her medical doctor is giving her and never what I have given her. So when my previous oil brand I was using went out of business, I decided to give this one a try. And let me tell you, after she used this oil she exclaimed, "Wow. This thing must be working. When I put it on I feel all my pain and discomfort go away and I can breathe better." So for her to give credit to something that wasn't given by her medical doctor means she is REALLY loving it! Also, about every 6 months or so she has flare ups and need to be admitted into the hospital. Since taking this, she hasn't had a flare up. Even when she thought she felt a mild one coming, she rubbed this on her chest and it died down dramatically. She woke up the next day and said how she felt amazing! So THANK YOU for this product. Thank you! This has helped to enhance my grandmother's quality of life! Truly a life saver. I can't say enough!

Smells mostly of strong lemon. Kind of like a liquified lemon cough drop. I was hoping for something a bit more minty. That said, it is a pleasant smell but no better than straight lemon essential oil.

This stuff is AMAZING!! I usually buy straight from Rocky Mountain Oils but it happened to be cheaper and quicker. I use this in both my kids humidifiers in the cold winter months when they can’t breathe through their noses. Works like charm and smells great too. So worth it!

RMO breathe ease is my all-time favorite essential oil. I've tried several less expensive versions of other companies' breathe ease and nothing compares to Rocky Mountain Oils. I diffuse this in my bedroom every night and I'm obsessed.

We used this oil blend when our 17 month old daughter got croup for the first time. She woke up unable to take full breaths and the typical croup "bark." I calmed her down while my husband boiled some water and added four-five drops of Breathe Ease to it. I held her while she watched TV and put the bowl of water directly in front of her so that she would breathe the steam. Her breathing got better very quickly and we were able to put her back to bed. We diffused Breathe Ease in her room for the next few days and we did not have to give her the steroid the doctor prescribed if her breathing got really bad. I was so glad to have this on hand! Since then we have used diffused this in her room whenever she gets really congested and it helps her sleep much more comfortably. She has not had croup again since the first time and is two and a half now. *I have read that some of the ingredients in this aren't good for younger children. Since we have never had a problem and it benefits our daughter so much, we continue to use it. But, as with all essential oils, you should do your own research before using.

So far I'm not loving this oil. The oil is a good consistency I think, but the smell is awful to me. On the RMO website it describes this as having a "sharp, menthol-like scent". I expected something along the lines of a cough drop scent. This smells way more like a citronella bug spray to me. I realized after re-reading the label that it has several eucalyptus oils in the mix, one of which is eucalyptus citriodora. I guess that's why the strong citronella smell... maybe. Anyway, I can see how it might help clear up sinuses, but we can hardly stand the smell so we're going to try another blend to help with allergy congestion. We might try this as a bug repellent though, since we already have it!

Compared to other essential oils these are very potent and work extremely well!
