After switching to try out cheaper products, I came back to this and can not believe how much better it is than the competition. Not only did it extract "already clean" areas, making the tank water very dirty very quickly - the final results are just dramatically better in terms of how clean, spot free and fresh smelling the room is. I'm sorry I left you. I have learned from my mistake. Please forgive me, darling.

Excellent product!

I don't use directly in my machine. I put in a spray bottle and spray the carpet. Then I use my machine with very hot water to go over what I sprayed. I get great results. If I use this directly in my machine, it seems to smell very strong. If you want to use in yours, maybe reduce the amount of the mix by watering it down a little. Putting on with a spray bottle and waiting a few minutes does help the product to loosen dirt in the carpet. I prefer this method.
