Flexible? Yeah. Fragile? More, yeah.
These panels are insanely fragile. I really dont think they should be marketed as flexible. If I had to put a number on it, I don't think you can do more than 3 degrees of arc across the whole panel before it breaks. They also need to be covered with some sort of laminate as they're also sponges for the oil in your hands. I suppose I got exactly what I paid for which is why I didn't rate this lower. My opinion? Remove the word "flexible" from the product headline.

Work good with good service but...
The GoodI have used them before and like the quality. We purchased 150 more cells a few months ago. A few were damaged and the seller replaced them promptly. The BadOut of almost 60 cells, only 15 or so are lasting. They seem to be shorting out some how when we solder on the dog bones. I have used these cells before this purchase with no issues. IF we are soldering improperly, I am not sure what we are doing wrong. We are using a flux pen and we are careful not to apply too much heat.We need to purchase several hundred more, but scared to at this point.

Cell have minor blemishes on face.
High cost per cell with unknown bin, package is in a sealed plastic bag, with an general amazon shipping bag. Each cell is separated by a peace of paper cut out. Could be the cause of condition.
