How many servings per package? I don't see any info on that.

It depends on how much of grain you want to cook, how much you want to eat.., On the package: 60 servings, 1/4 cup (50 g). I heat, almost boil, 2.5 cups water, then add to it 1/3 cup of fonio; cover, let rest for 5-7 min, - ready! Fonio is awesome, but Juka's fonio is The Most Delicious of all fonio I tried! Their customer service is outstanding too!

Is this pearled or whole grain?

I don't know what pearled means but any grain that is natural is whole grain, this is natural grain.
