Might not be absorbed as well at Thiamine HCL but may have better shelf life and stability. Seems to increase nitric oxide and creates a Viagra like effect.

Wonderful that they make B1, this vitamin is good for nerves and this vitamin isn't in multivitamins (that I've seen). You get use to the taste, not a good taste.

I bought this for my heart, but I also bought this because everywhere I go anybody’s house I go to if they have fleas in their house. It would find me and I heard that vitamin B one helps people to not be attractive to bug bugs. Well, I’m happy to report that ever since I started to take this it has been true. I haven’t had one flea find me so I think that that is a true theory and this is a very good product because it worked. Also, it doesn’t say on the label that it’s an anti-flush, but I’ve never flushed when I take it.

Vitamin b1 is so crucial to your health because it aids in brain function, mood and nervous system, heart health and oxygen to blood cells. I highly recommend this is great for the price.
