Got a set of these magnets to hold number plate onto my trailer and enable them to be swapped for different vehicles. Works really well and easy to fit. Holds plate firmly in place and just needs a couple of holes drilling on plate to fix it.

Great little items that do exactly what you need. Maybe the ends could be a bit sharper (trade plates get a bit fragile depending on how they've been treated - so sometimes the brute force of a blunt end doesn't work so well).Other than that they're great! Easy to use and don't tend to come unstuck. Great stuff!

A very good product, holds the plate very secure on the vehicle.

I ordered these trade plate suction caps for my business and they work really well and the strength of them is great.Removing them is quite easy too by just sliding suction caps downwards.

I’ve used it for my taxi plate and it’s working fine, but would have preferred a size or two( size of magnets) to feel secure about its grip power

I'm a trade plate driver and have successfully used these a few times now. They seem well made and with a strong enough tension to hold the trade plates securely. I was a little bit apprehensive at first, and used some string through my plates as a back-up just incase the holders failed for some reason, but so far they've been great including at motorway speeds. BUT... the problem is when the car's own reg plates have that extra "lip" on the bottom, where the name of the supplying dealer is written. The spring-loaded clips just don't pull apart wide enough to clip around these slightly deeper plates, making them unusable. You can't put a holder either side of the lip either, because trade plates are too narrow to allow this. I didn't realise how many cars' registration plates are like this until I started using the holders! Also, the screw threads that hold the upper section to the lower are only made of plastic, which if that fails you'd lose your plate - hasn't happened yet but metal ones would be safer I think. If these issues were fixed they'd be great, and I would award five stars!
