What are the size of the holes? I need to be able to use sheet metal screws to attach them.

The holes for the screws are about 0.098" (~2.50mm). This size hole will not allow you to use a #4 screw. However, there is enough plastic around the hole that I was able to use a 7/64 drill to enlarge it. Then followed up with an 1/8" drill, which will allow a #4 sheet metal screw to slide through. So far they seem to be working OK.

I noticed the switch has quite a bit of force. For my application, I need a lighter touch switch. Is such an option available?

I do not know. I was not aware that this switch required much force.

what size crimp connectors work on these? They are tiny I know.

I can’t tell you what size they are but I use the push on crimp connectors and they work great. Makes it so much easier to install and change out switches later..
