Are the charging cords with the cart?

It comes with a power-strip mounted behind the slats... no other charging blocks or cords are included.

The nuts sent to attach the casters do not fully tighten them to the bottom bracket and the disposable wrench is too small. Did I get the wrong parts?

What is the exact distance between the dividers? I understand they can be removed, but then you're only holding half.

The dividers are 1 1/2 inches apart. Yes they can be removed. It works well for what I am using it for.
