The item is fine so I can give it five stars. However, the packaging has been changed. To get to the battery, one has to cut the plastic to the center. It's very difficult to cut. It's supposed to be child proof. I would agree with this, but some it's important to carry spare batteries with you, you have to take them all out and put them in a small container, now loose and not child proof. It's also difficult to cut with hurting, arthritic hands. No stars for the packaging.

I have been purchasing this product a handful of times over the course of 2 years. I keep on finding dead batteries, about 25% of the time I will get a dead battery. Another glaring flaw is them switching to childproof packaging. It is very hard to open and you have to meticulously cut it or avoid cutting yourself by mistake. I have almost cut myself a few times because of how janky they made the packaging. I'm done buying this brand because of the dead batteries and unnecessarily difficult packaging to open.
