Great product
This actually works great. Would recommend cutting the roller track up from the floor an inch and slide it under. Very easy to install but may want someone around to help lay the strip down on the glue. Would definitely recommend.

Great way to waterproof garage
Needed a product to keep the heavy rains from tracking under our garage door. After searching the reviews of multiple products choose Weather Defender. Found it fairly easy to install, cut with heavy snips, black sealant holds very well. Product came as promised and in very good condition. Watch instruction video and had no problems. Just make sure you measure twice, cut & place black sealant once ;-). Since installing, we've had no water or nighttime bugs under the doors. Sealant works very well, holds up to a 43' motorhome running across it. Highly recommend

Great quality
Worked great for the first few months then the adhesive came up from the bottom. Had to get more adhesive but other than that great quality and does the trick.

Really like this
While it comes with written instructions, I watched the installation video they posted here on Amazon within the product photos. It's a relatively easy installation process and that video is very clear on steps I needed to take. After taking measurements, I used a hack saw to cut and dry fit, then used the garage door to help me determine exactly where I wanted it installed. I then marked the concrete with a pencil per instructions. The adhesive is extremely thick. So the only challenging part of the installation was putting down the adhesive because I needed both hands of pressure on the caulk gun to squeeze it from the tube. Other than that, it's a really good solution. I did NOT have to adjust the garage door opener settings, specifically the travel distance setting. It just works fine as it was.

Ladies doing the Install? here's what you need to know
Ladies - The video is good for learning about putting down the strip but it should start with all the tools you need before getting started. I started with a caulk gun, pencil and a measuring tape AND tool to cut the tip off the boding glue (knowing i would need someone to help me cut it) but I didnt have a tool to cut the tip off the bonding glue and had to use some hedge clippers. That's a mistake - it cut too far down -which the instructions say be careful but that's all I had. recommend finding a tool that will clip the glue. Luckily I had a small brush and was able to spread the glue out. Also, helpful if you know how to operate a caulk gun. I did not cut out a cardboard guide to have it fit 'exactly' in the edge of the frame and my neighbor cut it straight across and it fit fine. I didnt want to complicate my ask to cut the strip using a hack saw. He had a hand tool that cut it easily. Just not exact like the video expert. It hasnt rained so i dont know how well it will stop the water but i am trusting the other reviews.

Not what I expected
The adhesive is subpar. The problem with this is when you sweep or hose out the garage, debris collects under the weather strip, raising it such that the garage door will not shut. It thinks an obstruction is under the door. Definitely not worth the money spent. This is an issue related to having the interior floor level with the foundation which I had hoped the product would resolve. Nope. Will be pulling it all up and try a more robust adhesive
