I followed the instructions (cold water, low heat) but the muddy paw prints didn’t come out. However, that’s not the worst part, the edges now curl up so they are a trip hazard. As if that isn’t bad enough, the binding on the edges is starting to unravel. Cheap workmanship coupled with bogus claims.
