As someone who has not done their own filter replacement before, this was astonishingly easy. The filter fit snuggly and secure where the OEM filter was. No issues at all. For reference I have a 2023 Kia Telluride Prestige X-Line.

While this design doesn't have the 2 flip-up arms, it fits the Hyundai Palisade perfectly. This is by far the best non-Hyundai engine air filter I've tried for the Palisade. I like that it has the extra liner around the top edges to ensure a snug fit. As a person who has worked in the automotive industry since the early 90's, I know the importance of having a quality engine air filter and I find these affordable enough to change every 8000 miles (far more often than the recommendation). A clean filter gives your engine the right amount of air, helps with performance, and engine life. Highly recommend.

Fits 2020 Hyundai Palisade. Great value for the money. This level was not as nice as I would have liked, I will get a better one next time. It does only go in one way! I had to turn it around.

I purchased this filter to replace the Carquest / OEM air filter which has been in the car since I initially purchased the car in January of 2020. I have attached several pictures to see how dirty my filter was versus this new one. With this new one you have to make sure you put it in the right way otherwise it will not fit. If you put it in the wrong way you will have about a quarter of an inch hanging outside the chamber and the lid will not lock in place. At first I thought I purchased the wrong filter or this would not work, but then I flipped it around the other way and it fit perfectly. So if you have a similar situation just flip it around and it should work. Like other reviewers said this filter does not have locking tabs, but it does have spring tabs on both sides to hold it in place. It should not go anywhere once the cover is locked in place. I did notice a slight Improvement in my miles per gallon after changing the air filter. I know I should have replaced it about a year ago, but the last time I checked it it was not dirty. Almost all of our driving is on highways and not in Dusty conditions, but I most likely will start changing the filter yearly anyways for the miles per gallon improvement if nothing else. After a little research, I found that it would not be hard to replace the engine and cabin air filters in my 2021 Hyundai Palisade. I was nervous because I am not knowledgeable with cars, but I will tell you that a child could’ve done this. It took no time at all and was ridiculously easy. I read the reviews and it seems to be a great filter. I am very happy with my purchase and I will definitely buy this again when it is time to replace my filter. However, to be fair, the ease of changing the filter should not be credited to this product, Hyundai should get the credit for having the foresight to make it easy for the end consumer. However, the reviews I read and my experience have been very positive and so I will definitely buy this again in the future.

Tried to shut engine air filter compartment and the door would not shut. The filter appeared to be too long. Turns out the filter needs to be rotated 180 degrees. The filter will fit in completely in only one direction. Only after very carefully studying the filter can one determine that the filter is not symmetrical.

I order it for 2018 Santa fe sports, the original had two locks but this one does not have any lock. It fits perfect though, I think I will use it and find one with locks next time.
