10 Galvanized Scaffold Spring Retainers Coupling Locking Pins CBM1290

I have not yet used these spring pins, so I can only comment on their appearance. The springs that I actually received do not have the stamped-in pins as shown in the photo in the listing; instead the pins on mine are solid stubs, attached to the spring by flared pins through holes in the spring. This provides the same functionality but I suspect the solid pins actually are stronger retainers than the formed spring metal (as shown in the listing). On the other hand, I suppose that it might be possible for the stubs to get snapped off the spring and lost under certain extreme conditions. But, I suspect that such extreme conditions would mash and shear the formed pins even more readily. In any case, the spring pins that I received seem to be of good quality and are in pristine condition.

Working great with on scaffolding. Old ones were worn out or broken. Excellent replacements.

Received as advertised and as scheduled

The quality of the item you depict in your picture as advertised in your Amazon website is different than the item you’ve sent. The quality of what you show in the picture where the sides of the metal groove into the button is by far better made than the item you send where the button is riveted. Riveted buttons break off easily and would be a safety issue.
