None of the Power Wheels chargers have any "charge by" date on them. And if you meant battery instead of charger the same holds. None of the batteries come with any "charge by" date on them. It sounds like a sticker a retailer put on the battery. You can contact an Authorized Service Center, like Impact Battery, to run the serial number.
