Best brand I've found!
I got this for my boyfriend. He was using a brand that costs way more and had several unhealthy ingredients. This brand has no bad stuff in it, has higher amounts of amino acids per serving, needs less capsules per serving, has over twice the amount of servings per bottle, and is less than half the price. So happy I found it! If taken everyday and compared to the other brand, this brand saves us $260 a year!

BEST EVER!!!!

Excellent Value
These are the most concentrated BCAA's per capsule that can be found without a ridiculous markup. 13 capsules pre-pumping (I find 45mins ideal) will provide enough BCAA's to use as a non-carb fuel source. The capsule size seems no different than any other supplement . Maybe not as small as a standard 500mg capsule, but hardly anywhere near "huge" capsules or softgels that are 1250-1500mg.
