After 2 years it will not update correctly. I took it to the local geek squad and the drivers will not support the new windows update.

Excellent machine, but defective. Excellent Amazon care.
This 2 in 1 laptop-tablet is probably the finest in class based on my research. This computer was to be used as a work computer in my busy veterinary practice. Everything is "thumbs up" about machine. However, by buying this through Amazon, I did not have warranty support. After purchasing Lenova support and struggling about 20 hours with software and hardware Lenova support, it was determined that the machine was defective. Hence, I have returned this computer to Amazon and am hoping that they will cover me and provide a full refund. I had the machine for about a week, purchased non-refundable support from Lenova and it was diagnosed by Lenova as defective. I have returned the machine to Amazon and am hoping for full refund. Amazon has always been great about refunds and great to work with. We'll see what happens with an expensive computer. Know after a short time, Amazon has made everything right. We do a large amount of business through Amazon for the Veterinary practice and personal orders and I must say this fine company is the first place which I go to for orders. After practicing veterinary medicine for nearly four decades, Amazon is a no question, no stress company which I totally trust. I've literally dealt with thousands of companies over this time. Meh and you know it
It’s very average and also very slow to work with. For the price. PLEASE JUST GET A MAC BOOK!! PLEASE!! I’ve had this for years now and I love the stylus and whatnot (the only reason I bought it along with it being touch screen which the Mac doesn’t offer) but it is just not something I can recommend being so slow for everything. It freezes sometimes and I have to force resets or let the battery die and then recharge it and work it back up. It is very glitching and gives me heart attacks because many times I’ve thought it died on me and all my files were lost, but not yet— IT’S JUST VERY FINICKY AND GLITCHY~. It’s decent if you use it for nothing other than an instrument to manage and organize your files on as well and printing because that’s about ALL I do on this so I am ok with it. Don’t get this for it’s price. Really not worth it I assure you.

Great laptop!
I wanted a lightweight, durable, fast, flexible (think 360 screen) design and this fit my wishlist! I'm not a HUGE fan of the matte black finish, but that's just a personal preference. I can highly recommend this laptop to anyone looking for quality and speed and lightness!
