Product is working excellent. It has very good quality. The remote feels inferior from the older Brands but its ok. I love this product. Works well for m 2003 toyota corolla. Installation was easy. Indeed value for money.

Remote is cheaply made and breaks easily. And expensive to replace.

The remote screen was broke but couldn't return it cause it was past the 1 month. I didn't install it until 2 months after. Had to build my confidence and took me over a week to install. A few weeks ago the remote clip on end broke. Made of cheap plastic. Now it wont go on a key chain. New remotes aren't cheap. 100 dollars for the same model. The whole unit was 135. I can understand the store policy itself but audiovox i think should step in here. Which they won't. The alarm itself works good. The only thing i really dislike no silent feature and of course i can't use remote start or other functions cause my lcd remote is total crap.
