When you first get this pillow, it's HARD. But a couple nights of using it and it softens enough to be comfortable while still being supportive. This pillow has helped me a ton in relieving neck pain and correcting sleeping posture. Now I feel funny using just a regular pillow!

My clients love the support that this pillow offers. It is firm but not stiff it contours to the pressure of the clients extremities.

After trying several neck pillows I had hopes for this one. It's a decent size, maybe a tad too large for the neck. But it's waaaaay too stiff for me, I found it actually cut off my circulation after laying on it for a few minutes. Pins and needles all along my neck and shoulders. This seems more suited to be a yoga bolster. It does retain its shape for sure and can be squished down with a LOT of force, it probably would work best on someone's lower back. So since every other pillow I've tried is waaaay too soft and falls flat, the Goldilocks of neck pillows' search continues. I give it 3 stars because the description is accurate and it's a sturdy item, AND because Amazon gave me a full refund for my return.

Unlike other such pillows I ordered (and returned), finally this is a pillow that's actually firm enough for good lumbar support. It keeps its shape well and is also a nice size; the other ones were a bit longer, which prevented them from fitting well in my driver seat.The only flaw I can see is that the zipper doesn't lay down flat but is pretty wrinkly. Not a big deal for me, but hopefully this won't cause it to prematurely rip or wear down...

Slept on it for a few nights and no. When you can palm the pillow with 1 hand, squeeze it and easily make a fist, you cannot describe it as being "firm". Needed neck support while sleeping and my weight just pushes right down. Idk what the other reviewers consider to be firm but this ain't it, at all.

Very comfortable, just the right size. Thoughtful design, there is a zipper so the foam can be removed and the cover washed.

Very soft but firm. I got this to put under my neck when doing a decline bench press. Very comfortable.

The pillow was much harder than I expected and felt uncomfortable behind my back.

Tiene buen material, la funda se quita y se puede lavar, tela suavecita, el rollo vuelve a su tamaño si se le aplasta, es un poco ancho para el cuello pero ayuda ponerlo por períodos cortos y se relaja, buen precio y llegó rápido.
