LUCKY Prospect Pro Stunt Scooter, Seafoam

We bought this scooter as a Christmas gift for our 8 year old son. We were already sold on their durability and performance as we had purchased one for our older son several years ago. Unfortunately, this time, Amazon delivered the wrong scooter. Completely different scooter that was also less expensive. That said, my son LOVED this one when he opened it and did not want to exchange it for the one we paid for. It didn't make sense for us to return it for a refund and then repurchase the exact some scooter at the lower price. Unfortunately, Amazon couldn't just refund us the difference between the scooter we purchased and the one they sent. I reached out to Lucky Scooter customer service and they worked on a viable solution for us to keep the scooter that was sent AND make us whole on the transaction. They were pleasant, helpful and willing to entertain an outside-the-box solution. Our 8 year old is thrilled and so are we!
