Good product
Initially we have received OTG without any accessories. We contacted Agaro team regarding the issue, the team responded gud and provided us the accessories asap. Thanks Agaro team for the support and product also working good.

Good purchase. Been using it for 2 years
After exactly 2 years of using it id say it's a paisa vasool purchase. Like a light metal box, didn't feel that heavy, once you get the hang of it, easy to use.downside is the inner trays have rusted at the edges. We expect indian brands to do better when importing from china and whitelabeling them lol

We used it for last 3 years and it's really super OTG. Efficient timer is accurate heating is perfect.

Worsest ever service
The worsest worsest service ever by amazon and agaro. I bought the oven and when it was delivered it didn’t have tongs and the grill plate so I returned it but there was only one option of replacement. So I tried multiple times but it always showed there was some error. So after I refreshed it , it showed me two things firstly it showed return and on same page below return it showed replacement requested, I thought it might be a glitch . And yesterday the delivery guy came to pick it up and I gave it him. Now I open the app and see that there is no return or replacement showing here and only delivered is showing . I cant even get to the customer service, they keep redirecting me to another page. Really such a disgusting service by amazon. If you are reading this amazon. Contact me right away. Give me my refund. I don’t have the oven and the money is not even refunded.

Agaro 9 ltr OTG. Heat, Roast & Bake (Small size but big use as well as value)
Small and Handy. Very Useful and low cost product. Easy to operate and less Space consuming. overall good for a small family of 2 people. 4 Star given due to one minor dent, that is not clearly visible. Baking is good, takes around 30 minutes to prepare finger fries at 250 degrees. Heats food. Bakes Well. good for roasting Amla (Gooseberry), Broccoli, Mashroom, Paneer Tikka etc.
