This stuff is the closest I've found to being the perfect hair product, especially for a guy with hair from around 1 or 2 inches to maybe 6 inches.It keeps hair looking natural, rather than wet look gel or lego fake hair like you get with hairspray. You can put your hair into a style but it still stays soft and moves. If the wind blows the style into a complete mess, you just brush it again or use your fingers and this stuff just holds it there.Never feels all sticky or horrible either. It's just brilliant. You really only need a tiny amount too, so a tub will last 2-3 months even using it daily like I do.The only issue I've ever had is with the tub I bought here and can see others have had similar. I normally get it at the place that cuts my hair. It should be a nice smooth paste but the stuff I bought via amazon was dry and crumbled. If it's more of a dry, powdery, crumbly texture.. then it's 'off' and I suspect it's old stock that may have been stored badly.This is without a doubt a 5 star product but leaving a 3 star review here as there's too many reviews with a similar issue. As above, I've used this for years without issue when buying it in a store though so I'd highly recommend it.... just maybe not from Amazon.

Suits more choppy short style. Does not go greasy like some pastes. No real scent and a little goes a long way

I have a short pixie haircut, and have tried several high-end (expensive) salon products to be able to shape my hair how I want it. I have fine hair, but a lot of it and it doesn't like product. Even the owner of the high-end salon I go to has trouble styling my hair. Someone told me about this product, so I thought I'd give it a try. Highly, highly recommend! It is the ONLY product I can use on my hair that holds the style, and you don't need hardly any product at all. It is light to use doesn't weigh your hair down and doesn't make it look wet or greasy. Love it!!

This is not what I was looking for. Ive used Redkin Water Wax for my longer curly/wavy hair for as long as the stuff has been on the market. So suddenly discontinued. So I bought this. I’m not sure what they were thinking when they created a dry shampoo pomade for hair. This is definitely not the product for longer wavy hair. It might work better on someone with a shortcut. And I would work at the root of the hair outwardly. It’s just a weird powdery consistency. Maybe this would work for someone with thin or on the oily side, hair type. Redken please bring back your water wax number three (3) it worked great and at least left my hair with a little shirt on. This product #5 dry shampoo pomade is like putting powder paste on your hair.

I use this product mostly for fly aways and parting my hair. Does a really great job at keeping your hair in place for those finer hair areas such as your temple and forehead. Holds really well for the majority of the day (10-15 hours). Does not have an overpowering or even remotely noticeable smell.When used on your roots it is good at adding volume and giving long lasting lift on your scalp. Maybe be a bit light handed with this product when/if used on mid-body of your hair, it can get semi-tacky and make it difficult to run your fingers through and makes your hair feel rougher/rigid (similar to hairspray).Overall fantastic styling tool and will always use!
