We called Optimum to come and run addtional lines to each employees desk. The guy shows up to install the cable but tells us he cannot run the lines. He says some else is coming "later" and by "later" he must have meant never. No one showed up that day, we called, no one called us back, we called again, someone was supposed to call to set up another appointment... never happened because Optimum does in fact $uck. So since we had only one line, we ordered a wireless system and plugged the base phone in the one phone outlet we had, and then purchased wireless modules for everyone's desk. BTW - Optimum charged us $150 for the installation that never happened. Took us 3 months to get the credit back.
