A fantastic blueberry juice. Great as a cordial.
Blueberries contain high levels of anti-oxidants. AO prevent DNA damage i.e ageing. This juice is very good. It is not very sweet but it goes a long way. I add this to my favourite Pomegranate concentrate I buy on Amazon. I use 1 TBS to 2 of the pomegranate and the Blueberry flavour still cuts through, I add 1 TBS of sucralose and this makes 1 pint of a delicious healthy cordial. Please note: the juice tends to rise up the bottle and seep out of the cap. Blueberry does stain badly. So I suggest placing the bottle on some kitchen roll, and if you get it on you clothes wash immediately.

Wow, very strong natural colour!
Wow, very strong natural colour, like beetroot juice, only more purple. Underestimated this Organic product. I understand now, why you can't find pure blueberry juice on supermarket drink aisles. - Its very very strong and somewhat acidic, but not in a bad way. Just different. Need to be used like a cordial, and diluted with water and sugar or sweetener, if you prefer, in order to enjoy this as an actual drink. If you try and drink this straight, even in small amounts, will temporarily stain your tongue, and possibly your teeth, purple! Since Blueberries are not the most watery of fruits, I can only imagine the amount of blueberries required to produce this quantity of liquid! This will likely be the reason for the surprisingly high price. Could be used in small amounts to strongly colour high-end cocktails, and mixers, and maybe cakes?. Minor Note: Real blueberries have a milder flavour than most artificial blueberry flavours, so don't expect this juice to burst onto your palate like the flavours used in some soft drinks (such as berry flavoured tango/fanta etc). Its probably closer to ribena, but without the sugar and anything else. I Recommend this as a cordial. I suggest - Dilute approximately 1 part juice, 8-10 parts water or sparkling water, etc, or to your preference. Dissolve the sugar/sweetner fully in the water first, and then add the juice. If you add the sugar to the juice part first, it will not dissolve readily. It could be due to the juice being so (naturally) saturated that it will not allow more solutes to be dissolved in it. It may also be something to do with the acidity of the liquid perhaps. Fantastic product. It just needs to be used in a particular way.
