Being a Mary Berry fan, I have to say it is a refreshing take on English food. This book contains all the recipes on one of Netflix's MARY BERRY cooking series. Whether you've seen her shows or not, this is a good take on recipes the family will love and you will enjoy cooking....easy to follow and not too time consuming

Great recipes from the past! Some I knew about but others were a delightful surprise! Good price as well!

I own several of Mrs. Berry's books and I enjoy her recipes. I adore watching her on PBS. The books are lovely and colorful and good directions.

I love Mary Berry Cookbooks and was so excited to get this one! It has some great recipes…and at least one really bad one! We tried the Honey Chicken first. Wow. It was awful! The sauce was really terrible. We tried fixing it, but it just was not fixable. I literally ended up washing the sauce off of the chicken, we shredded it and added barbeque sauce and had pulled chicken sandwiches the next day! On the bright side, the next recipe we tried was Chicken with Tomato, Mozzarella & Basil and it was awesome! It was so flavorful and delicious–we all loved it!! The One Tray Sausage Supper is easy to make and quite yummy! My family are not huge fans of beets (though I personally think they are fabulous roasted like this!), so I leave them off most of the time. Just add a few more potatoes and carrots and it’s still great! For a great side dish, try Masses of Mash–a variety of flavorful mashed potatoes to go with a good meat dish. There are tons of recipes I still want to try: Individual Cheese, Tomato & Thyme Tartlets, Beef Bourguignon, Treacle Tart and Baked Lemon Curd Cheesecake to name a few. Overall, this is a delightful cookbook, just as I knew it would be. Just ignore the Honey Chicken recipe and you’ll be good! I received a copy of this book from Trafalgar Square through IPG for my honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

What I would like would be viewing through my new recipes that I want to fix when my arm gets out of the cast. I’ve never had this hard time before and they be having it while I’ve got a busted arm and shoulder is hard please please help

A good cookbook featuring the Mary Berry classic dishes as per the book title. Easy to follow recipes which include everything from canapes and cakes to casseroles. There is something for everyone in this book, a good all rounder cookbook for the kitchen.

I have had issues with Yorkshire puddings my entire 50 year ( cooking ) life, everyone told me I wasn't getting the fat / oil hot enough, yet it was smoking with the heat. It wasn't till someone passed on Mary Berry's Yorkshire Pud recipes that I got huge Yorkshire Puds, they are perfect every time now. No one was telling me the amounts of the ingredients I should be using. I now have five Mary Berry Cook books and Classic is the latest, with clearly laid out recipes and good colour photography so you know what to expect. Also the bottom of each page Mary Shares her helpful tips. This book really is lovely and worth every penny.
