A lot of fun, great for a beginner. I am a tapestry artist, and had been designing with colored pencils, and realized I wanted more mixing capability with color. My drawing skills aren't particularly strong, but I'm really happy with the results of my new designs. It's highly satisfying and encouraging to stick with it, so I believe I'll gain a lot of skill even just doodling with these. Only regret: should've bought the bigger set (54). I can't ever have enough color.

Wow, I love these. Such a great set! I bought these for myself, but they'd make an excellent gift. It's been years and years since I tried anything artistic, but I really enjoyed watching the tutorials and trying these out. They give you paper with outlined images to try out different techniques. Once you get the hang of it, you can do even cooler stuff. I am not an artist, I just like having something to do with my hands so I'm not on computers or my phone all day. This exceeded my expectations and were really fun.

Excellent quality paint brush pens that are vivid in color as well as easy to blend for a lighter effect. This brush set comes with a nice variety of colors, 3 aqua brush blenders, and a practice pad. Be sure to check out the free tutorials on how to use. Great for detail and control. The price can’t be beat.

I have not used watercolors since I was approximately 8 years old, and even then, I really sucked at painting. I was looking for a way to up my coloring game with the adult coloring books and wanted to give these a shot. Funny enough, I have not even tried to use them in one of my coloring books because I am having fun trying to make creations of my own. Since this is my very first set of watercolor brush pens, I can not speak to any quality comparison from other brands but can tell you they seem to be of good quality overall. The instructional pad comes with very high-grade watercolor paper which has a light outline of an image for each tutorial, they are six different images in total, but you get duplicates of each (in the event you completely mess one up, or just want to try it your way without following the turtorial). One of the great things about the quality of the paper, is that it is absolutely no problem to turn the page over and do your own thing on the other side! I found the videos very informative about different basic watercolor techniques and enjoyed following along (although you will find yourself pausing them and on occassion backing the video up if you have zero artistic skills like me). Overall, I could not be more pleased with my purchase and would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting to give this media a try! I only found myself wanting two things that this set doesn't provide: 1. For novices like myself, I wish the brush pens had the color name printed on them, I don't know why, but during the tutorial, I wanted to use the exact pens the artist in the video was using and with a few, I had a hard time discerning which color was being used. Plus, I can see where the color number/name would be helpful for a variety of other reasons from reordering the colors you use most often to offering the color name during the tutorial videos. 2. I genuinely wished there had been two blending brush pens included in the set. Once my friend saw my new brush set, she immediately wanted to try a tutorial with me! Unfortunately, I only had the one brush pen and we had to take turns. Luckily, we are good friends and no one was harmed in the tutorial paintings! I would definitely recommend this set from my experience so far and found it a good value for what you get.

Love it. Great tutorials and product is amazing. I read in someone else’s comment that the pens arrived dry but there’s instructions if that happens. Didn’t happen to me.

J ai été très surpris de la qualité des feutres aquarelle. Et j en ai essayé d autres marques. Pour le prix ce sont vraiment des produits de qualité et en plus avec un cahier et des tutos ligne très bien fait pour apprendre les différentes techniques pas à pas… bravo! Très bon rapport qualité prix. J ai pris la boîte de 30 et vais me laisser tenter par le set complet de 100 couleurs

Lovely bright coloured paint brushes good quality and easy to use with a tutorial video link and watercolour pad. Would recommend to a beginner who is wanting to learn watercolour painting.
