Good quality, great value, ease glide
Worked great and did it's job for what we needed it to do! We ordered out barn door from Lowes and then found this floor guide to match it perfectly here on Amazon! Let's be honest you can find everything you need right here on Amazon. We looked for something like this in local hardware stores and no luck. Works perfectly for our double barn door. Easily adjustable and sturdy. Glides well and does not stick. They look great on our black barn door.

Install directions very small print, hard to read
Very well built, it should last a long time. The directions are given in extremely small print and hard to read. Delivery was super fast and install was even faster after I was able to figure out the directions.

Works for barn door in travel trailer.
Easy to install, keeps the bottom on my barn door close to the wall so that it doesn't come off the track on top while we are driving. Application is in a travel trailer.

Slim and discreet
Worked perfectly! I had a kit for a 48" barn door, and the roller/guide it came with was huge, intrusive, and wouldve made the bottom of the door stick too far out. I bought this one and its perfect! Nice and discreet too.

confusing...so did not use it. couldn't figure out how to make it work with my door since there was no wiggle room... used another product.
