Great quality
The paste is thick, rich, and very concentrated, so just a small amount adds a deep tomato flavor to sauces, soups, stews, and chili. It blends easily into recipes and gives dishes a nice color and authentic taste. I also like that the ingredient list is simple—mainly tomatoes with a little citric acid or salt depending on the variety—so it feels like a clean, straightforward product without unnecessary additives. Another plus is that a little goes a long way. Even one or two tablespoons can really enhance a dish, which makes the can last longer and gives great value for the price.

No waste!
There are several recipes I use which call for a tablespoon or two of tomato paste and that leaves a lot left even in the smaller cans of tomato paste to go bad. I've tried several ways of storing the leftover paste but if it's not used quickly the taste isn't good anymore. Love this because there's no waste and who can afford to waste anything with the cost of groceries now.

So. Freaking. Delicious.
I wish I could give this more stars. It’s the best tomato paste I’ve ever tasted. I could eat it by the spoonful right out of the tube. Correction: I sometimes eat it by the spoonful right out of the tube. I bought a case of it because it was out of stock at my local grocer and it scared me. I don’t want to be out of this. I always want to have at least two tubes on hand.
