I believe I'm noticing the results from drinking from this bottle. Mostly in the potty habits but I'm thankful for that. I also enjoy the taste a copper vessel provides. It's plenty big enough for your daily needs. These cleaning process is a little more than normal cups or bottle but nothing major. What I do is cut a wedge of lemon and sprinkle sea salt on it then toss it in the empty bottle and shake it. Vigorously! Then rinse it out and wash with a bottle brush and a tiny drop of dawn. Then rinse. I only wash it every other day. May sound gross but it's only me drinking out of it and only water is ever put in it. It's stays pretty cold for a while. You may see some oxidation but nothing to worry about. If you aren't certain of the benefits do some research. This is legit copper and not any fake material. You'll be happy if you decide to go with this bottle. It's decently priced in my opinion as well. As for the durability, it's pretty strong as I've dropped it twice on accident. No dents. Still just as it was brand new.
