Is rhe nike logo on the front sewn on or printed?

The nike logo on the front I believe is sewn on to the front of it.

are these one size fits all?

Yes. The are long enough for me to tie twice and still have 2 or 3 inches of extra at the ends.

so is this red or orange?... saw a review which said it was orange.
