Great Book!
I am new to the Arduino world and this book was a BIG help. Great projects. 4 out of 5 stars only because I would have like a little more explanation about the code. That being said, the book is still very thorough in demonstrating how to setup all the projects. Nice job!!!

Excellent Practical Software and Hardware Learning Projects. Color Illustrations Inexpensive To Build. This is an excellent project book for the Arduino. All experiments are fully illustrated with color plates including code and assembly. Unlike some other Arduino project books no handcrafting skills beyond the simplest of soldering is required to carry out the projects, no cutting and pasting no glue gun. Most of the projects can be completed with any of several under $50.00 "Arduino Starter Kits" available from several Chinesae manufactures such as Sainsmart and Seeed Studio. This book provides excellent experience toward building more complicated systems with the Arduino or other embedded systems. Highly Recommended

Some examples seem very basic, but this depends on your previous experience. It's an excellent source for getting started with several aspects of the Arduino and associated hardware.

Good book for projects.

It is nice having a printed version of the Arduino projects as it can be opened at the desired project. Between LEDs, SOUND, MOTORS, LCDs, SECURITY and SMART MACHINES I would use some 50% of the projects. As this is volume 2 I found there was not enough clarity how to access the desired library for an Arduino beginner.
