OMG this stuff is so good. Perfect balance of salt, spice, and acid, with a nice, firm texture. Well packaged and fresh. Who knew eating healthy foods could taste this good?

Most non-Asian made kimchi is weak or horrible. This is the total opposite! The brand is awesome!!! An excellent job & product. It's almost on par with that I've had in Korean restaurants! will definitely be buying again and trying other items in their catalog! Also, let's talk about quantity. I recently bought Kroger's Simple Truth kimchi (BY THE WAY, DO NOT BUY!!!!). That was a smaller container and so lackluster. this was crisp, briny (not salty), and very very tasty. The packages didn't always want to stay totally closed even after wiping the seal. a slightly wider mouth might be recommended? As for the cost, was a bit more expensive than my favorite store brand CLEVELAND, BUT!!!, that is overridden by how absolutely delicious and awesome it was. I'm really looking forward to trying the garlic!!!

I was not a fan of their spicy pickles, but I just tried the kimchi pickles and they are so crunchy and tasty! There is a bit of this toasted sesame oil taste in there that really levels it up! I dinged it a star because it is VERY salty. But I can see myself gobbling up a bunch in one sitting.

bought this and the pickles! No good, INCREDIBLE!!! Pickles are the absolute best I ever ate!! !

Not good! Their Kimchi flavor comes across as weird combo of pickle and traditional Kimchi. I like pickles and I like Kimchi but what ever flavor combo this Kimchi is I do NOT recommend. I figured this company knew about fermentation so they might do a good Kimchi. I was wrong. I threw out the entire 3 pack-

First kimchi I have purchased from this company. Very tasty, not too hot. Took a long time to arrive, so I worried about spoilage. They were cool on arrival; not cold; but quality was apparently unaffected. Would order more, but am looking for organic next time. If you like kimchi, and aren't looking for organic this is pretty good stuff!

I got the variety pack. The cucumber was awful. It was mostly rind. However, I did like the daikon radish and the kimchi was okay. If I decide to purchase again, it would only be the daikon radish.

I ordered the three pack so I could try all of them. The classic has the best flavor but I’m not crazy about the cabbage. The radish was disappointing. I liked the cucumber the best because it tastes like pickles. I ended up throwing all of them away and won’t be reordering. I’ll stick with their pickles because they are delicious!
