good and strong for any poundage. wraps tightly around head. durable material and washable, thumbs up for this product.
User
thin webbing, a little cheaply-built, but GREAT pricepoint
It works fine, so I'm happy

Good for the price
I bought this with the intention of fighting "nerd neck" or the moving forward of the head in a hunched fashion. My neck has hurt a great deal over the years because I need to spend most of my day on a computer or reading books/research. I've even developed a small hump on my back (embarrassing) but this device seems to help counteract the years of bad posture/digital overkill. This neck harness was one of the cheapest I found, and, at the end of the day, it works. But I wouldn't call it comfortable. I do not doubt this harness could handle a good amount of weight, not that you need it as lightweights work best for this exercise. But the material is scratchy and drops over the ears terribly. Since I only use this harness at the end of my weightlifting routine, and for a few minutes, twice a week, I am still glad I bought it at the cheaper price instead of buying a more expensive padded head harness. As an informational note: this harness will fit standard and Olympic sized plates. How with the standard 1" plates, you must remove the clasp, feed the chain through the hole, and reattach the clasp. It's not a big deal really and takes a moment to do.

It works nicely.
It could have used some instructions as to how to put it on correctly.

Would buy again.
It took me a minute to figure out how the heck this thing went on,lol. At first I thought it was too small,or the measurement were off. Once you figure out which straps go where, you only need to un-velcro the chin strap each time. Super simple, and heavy duty! I bought this to wear when practicing the "tick tock" Mike Tyson style with a bob/weave hanging bag. When you take it off,you feel like you're moving light as a feather! My neck is already pretty thick, but if you're looking to build your neck up; I'd easily feel comfortable looping a 45lb plate on it to do some controlled movements. Stitching is strong enough w/o question. If you're price shopping, this is the one to go with. I wear a beanie when I wear it, so one with padding would actually be too beefy.

Great Product
My husband is very into fitness and he loves it. Says it works perfectly and is everything its supposed to be.

Looks weird, feels weird, nice neck workout.
I often get looks whenever I put it on. It looks like a medieval torture device, but despite it sometimes rubbing against my ears in a painful way, the workouts are really nice compared to just putting plates or something heavy on my face or head. Its also awkward to use at first, but with most exercises it takes time to know how to do it/use the equipment for it properly. Chinstrap also gets undone often even though I've ever only used it twice.
