I was very hit n miss about whether to order this as the reviews are very conflicting... Firstly I'll say packaging all good 👍 products all there. Appearance looks nice and feels like good quality. It's VERY easy to use and change lengths and speeds etc. I personally was using a derma roller for years so don't need numbing but would recommend a complete newbie to perhaps consider this as little pricks can of course sting... I have used this once so far.. my reason for using this is deep pitted acne scars (boxscars/pitted etc.) I was shocked.... had little bleeding forehead area used 1mm 12 pin for this and 1.5mm 12 pin for cheeks and temples. I used a slower speed 2-3 as first use and will increase this over time. In leaving a 3 week gap I'm between so will update on second use this review but I am CONVINCED I've already seen mild improvement in the dents and my other half agrees. People who are saying it "scratches" and it only vibrates are not using it properly or appreciating how fast these needles move... you can see the needles are incased not above the plastic so when they hit your skin of course they're going up and down ...... the scratches are technique this needs to be lifted very slightly when moving around your face NOT dragged which it's clear from reviews on here and people on tiktok others are dragging..... Personally I'm going to use this even after acne scars improves (if they do) for general skin care ill just jump to 36 pin at this point. Only concern is I've used once within 30 day period still so hope it continues to work and if so compared to others you can buy e.g. Dr pen or going to a clinic.... this is GREAT value for money Update 26/10 - will be on my 4th use soon... Only just had to charge it up - still going strong with no issues. I have noticed very slight improvement however this is my skin and not at fault of the device itself. Still pleased with my purchase and still no need to order replacement cartridges 😂

Impressed with this device. I bought it for pigmentation from sun damage. I was nervous about using it but while it was uncomfortable, the pain was manageable. I used isopropyl to sterilise everything and applied niacinamide serum afterwards. Before and during application, I used plenty of hyaluronic acid serum to prevent dragging. Each section was passed twice in a cross hatch pattern. Under the eye and on the neck, I used 0.25 depth, then 0.5ml everywhere else, using 12 pins and a gentle speed. After 1 use, I've had noticeable improvements to my skin tone and texture. I understand it will take at least 3 more goes to get big changes but I'm v happy so far and people have commented on my skin. The main downside is that the device doesn't feel too durable so we'll see how it holds up over time.

Really painful and no results

I am someone who has spent a lot of money on my skin over the years and have tried many things. So I know what is good or not. I used to get micro needles done professionally and would pay 600 for 3 sessions. Imagine my surprise when I found out you can do them at home. This kit is amazing. It does exactly the same as the professional but at home and at an amazing price. It is easy to use, sturdy and has great results. It doesn't hurt that much but I recommend using some numbing cream if you want to go deep (which is good for results). You can also apply some hyaluronic acid or vitamin C over the area. I am so happy to report that this product is absolutely amazing. I have only ever dermarolled in the past and it was a bit annoying having to keep buying different sized rollers, the lengthy cleaning process etc. So I decided to purchase this pen. I'm not going to lie, I was nervous it was going to be one of those vibrating only pens, but it isn't! I downloaded an App to slow down videos and it definitely showed the needles going in and out. Not side to side. The pen feels professional, easy to hold and use. You select the speed and depth according to the area to treat, which means you don't need to buy lots of different rollers. Use: I scrubbed my hands and even cleaned them with rubbing alcohol and wiped my face with it too. Then once it dried, I put on hyaluronic acid (by the Inkey List) and followed a video on what to do and it was easy enough to achieve. Redness did occur, but that was ok. I put on more hyaluronic acid afterwards and after a couple of hours, some Simple 12hr moisturiser. Today the redness has gone down a lot and my skin definitely looks more plumped! Use every 4-6 weeks to see desired results :) So happy I went for this! It is really great!

Mmkay. So. I've been thinking about buying one of these for years. As a preventative measure for ageing. The only thing I'm really starting not notice is lack of Hydration in the skin. I turned 30 and took the plunge. Wow. I mean. The increase in product absorption! Usually 30ml of The Ordinary Marine Hyaluronics Serum lasts 4 weeks with a morning and evening application. GURL. So. I put it on the lowest and shallowest setting and set to on my freshly numbed and sterilised face. My face absorbed 22.5ml of the Serum! I know because it was a new bottle. That usually takes THREE WEEKS not THREE MINUTES! So then I top it off with my COSRX Snail Serum (Look it up. You're welcome.) My skin was thuuuursty as a goldigger at a country club. Drank it right up. So then a dab of my facial oil to seal it in (look up occlusive emmoilients if you care to) Bam. Fresh as a frickin daisy gurl. Lush. So obviously the obsorption has slowed down a lot since the first treatment and I'm back to slightly above my usual absorption rates for skin products. Obviously my skin was really dehydrated. I mean. People been asking my what my foundation is and I'M NOT WEARING ANY just concealer under my eyes. Like seriously. I can only imagine what it'll do for wrinkles and elasticity. I want to prevent loss of and slackening of collagen so I'm pairing this with hydrolysed collagen supplements and spirulina (natural source of ALL essential amino acids. Think of them as the tools that the body needs to take that hydrolysed collagen, the materials, and put those materials to use) I've got high hopes for the future for this lil nifty gadget. Just remember to be sterile. Infected face is just nasty.
