Does this work with pull-thru (pt) rivets

It works fine with regular rivets and is constructed to last, I don't know of pt rivets....Its a reasonable price I paid a year ago...Bagoman

is this just for SST marine grade rivets or will it work on aluminum rivets as well?

I bought it just for aluminium rivets and it works well. Its a good, solid tool.

Would this work for joining two pieces of 3/16" flat? Suggestions if not?

You would need an awfully long rivet. I would suggest welding

What is the overall length of this tool?

Not quite sure why the length has to do with anything, but in the open position it is 11" long; in the closed position it is 9-7/8" long.
