Imported from Italy and produced in Modena, a home of authentic balsamic vinegar, Mazetti Balsamic Vinegar is created using a traditional method. Juice of Trebbiano grapes is reduced over an open flame and with the first signs of fermentation the juice is transferred into wooden barrels where the aging process begins. As the juice evaporates it takes on the flavor of the wood infused by the barrels. Use authentic balsamic vinegar, it is truly superior. Net Weight: 16.09 oz.

was not particularly fond of balsamic vinegar until i tried mazetti.  it has a wonderful complex flavor.  it's sweet, but not too sweet.  it's mild but has punch without being overpowering.  brings out the natural flavor of whatever you put it on.  highly recommend.
