Denso Fuel Pump
Installed it in my 1992 Honda Civic about 4 years ago. I have always trust Denso products and would look for this brand over others.

I previously used a $13 chinese made fuel pump and had fuel issues right off the bat, took forever and a lot of parts to figure out that pump was weak. replaced it with this denso and starting problems went away. super happy, will report back on longevity, have 2002 odyssey to test it on as well later

OEM replacement
Exact replacement for my 98 Integra. After 229k miles, the original Denso started to fail (random engine stalling). Took about an hour with regular hand tools to swap pumps. My car runs like a champ now!

Not quite a direct fit
I’m sure the performance of the Denso pump will be fine but it was not a direct fit as described for my application (2005 Honda Accord). There were two issues with fuel pump fitment into the housing. 1. The new pump doesn’t have the retaining tabs that the old pump has. (See pic) 2. The new pump wire connection mold was just a little off (too tight). I had to force the wire connector to make it fit and it broke the retaining clip on the connector. The fit was so tight that I’m too concerned about the wire connector coming undone but time will tell.

I have been driving for two days, no problem, but the problem wasent the fuel pump, it was the aftermarket ultra power brand cheap Idle air control valve 70 dollar, but I will keep the new fuel pump, because the old fuel pump is too old, and may stop working at anytime. I will be coming to update the feedback of anything happen in the future during the return period.
