Will it work with "natural fuels" (wood, twigs, etc. - sure but it may get too hot and deform after extended use). USE FUEL CANS with wicks for best results, the open topped cans will not work well and will be a waste of your money, fuel, and time. Good little stove for emergency use to warm up/heat a couple cups of water for a meal/coffee/hot chocolate, etc., will not cook a meal, but will heat water for a dehydrated meal.
