Great broad head
Thes are very good in my experience, had shot 4 deer 100 lbs+ with my crossbow and it slices right through them like butter ! They are really only one time use due to the blades being damaged afterwards, wish the blades were replaceable like some other brands. One time it exited the deer straight through its sholder bone with no problem, this was shots in ranges 20-35 yards.Update: I have now purchased over a dozen of these, they fly straight unlike others I've tried. They have left big holes that drop them within a few yards, very happy.

Worked magnificently for me
I am new to crossbow hunting, and didn't want to spend "big bucks" on broadheads if it wasn't going to improve my chances of taking a deer. Saw a video on you tube where a "pro" hunter used these on his crossbow. My crossbows shoot moderate speeds of 305-335 fps (the slower one is a recurve) and these won't "fly open" at those speeds according to my research. Anyway, they flew very accurately at 110 grains, and I used them on a doe at 10-12 yards. Deadly results, ran only 30-40 yards. Inspection of the doe on cleaning showed massive lung injury/bleeding and a very quick and humane kill. Now own three packs because they are offered at such a reasonable price I will probably get several seasons of hunting using 6 for hunting and three for practice. They are likely NOT going to be reusable if you take an animal with them, but I doubt the "big name" mechanicals are either, and you get twice as many of these or more for the same price.

the price was great they are basically the same price as 3 blade ...
the price was great they are basically the same price as 3 blade muzzys, but I think the damage done was a good bit more. downside of them is that they are Nott reusable. they are really flimsy so if u want a sturdy expandable get rage or something for 3 times the price.

I really like them.
These things are great. I decided to try them out because I was tired of my Muzzy field tips taking a off-course flight every other shot and I just didn't trust them so I wanted to try something with a little less surface area. My thought was that if it looked more like a practice tip then it will fly more like one. Well these did great. Same flight as my practice tips and the damage is devastating. Here is what I would keep in mind for purchase though... These seem to me a one time use tip, meaning, after you hit an animal with them they are destroyed and broken. When practicing with them you need a new rubber-band every shot.

Five Stars
Very satisfied. I read some of the reviews and wanted to tell how I remedy one of the problems. The blades fall out problem is real. I have found that the blade hole does not always have the screw centered in it. I check each broadhead blade before I use the broadhead, you need a very small screwdriver to do this. Even after doing this you may lose a blade when you shoot an animal if you hit bone, but the broadhead does its job. I shoot a 1996 Mathews ultra lite at 45 lbs. I switched to this broadhead in 2001 and have taken whitetails, axis deer and hogs. I have taken all twelve animals I shot at and none have gone over 50 yards. The arrow hits where I am aiming, thanks be to God.

Spend $5 more!
I bought these last year because I was looking for an economical broadhead to shoot lesser targets of opportunity out of my crossbow,I carry one in my quiver for coyote. Yesterday in my treestand I shot a nice 6 point at 10 yards in the spine with a 100 grain, 2" cut Rocket razor severing the spine but not killing the deer. I pulled the carbon express tipped bolt out and made a lung shot. I heard the same crack as when you hit a tree, and found the bolt 5 feet in front of the deer, missing ferrule and razor. The shot had hit dead center on a rib, cutting the hide and the 1/4" of meat in front of rib bone. I could not even feel a chip on the bone! My crossbow is 225lb draw, and I have chronographed it at 345fps. If that was my first shot I would not have this deer on the menu!

Fly nice but not durable
Fly nice. But have found not to durable. Shot two deer with them both though the ribs and existing behind shoulder. Yes heart shots and only ran 50 yrds most, but both broadheads when recovered only had two blades on them.

I've been using these mechanicals for probably 10 years, since they were called Easton silvertips. Very accurate, and they leave an enormous wound channel.
