Exactly as described simple assembly quality construction and simple to use

The nova G3 is a very nice chuck at a very nice price. Compared to the PSI Barracudas that I own, this is a serious upgrade. The key fits perfectly and as tight as I can turn it, the key never slips. It runs true, accepts any jaws you'll ever need for a midi lathe, and is a perfect fit without the need for an insert/adapter. I've been chucking with G3s for over a year now, turning every week and I'm still impressed.

Lacks a set screw so I can't run the lathe in reverse without risking it dangerously flying off at high speed.

This chuck seem perfect for the job, well made and well priced. It fits my Delta midi lathe without additional adaptors and it is reversible. I am going to buy another one.

Works well with my Delta 46-460 lathe.

I have a min lathe and this was a great addition. I really enjoy it and have used it quite a bit now. The only gripe I have, and I will not ding the product for that, is that Amazon shipped this to me and the literally destroyed the box the chuck was in and the shipping box. It was noted on my box that the box was that way when the postal service got it. I complained to Amazon about it but never got a response. So be careful when ordering. The chuck can take a lot of abuse but make sure you got all the parts.

Came with one jaw misaligned. After dis-assembly and correctly assembling it works great. Same part as Nova G3... uses same accessories as G3... Better price... I use it on Legacy CNC for machining wood parts.

This chuck is easy to use. It treads directly onto my 12x16 rikon lathe. It seems to hold very well. I just wish it was a little bigger. Jaws are able to be removed and different jaws can be attached for different projects.
