If you have a vw you need this. Soo much more than an obd2 scanner app is simple and easy to use. Alot of the features are free. Scanning, adapting, live gagues. The stuff you need credits for are stuff like oil reset and headlight functions. Honestly takes forever to scan but if you don't mind waiting for the scan it's well worth it.

Works as advertised !!👍🏾
I needed to reset the service interval. It doesn't come preloaded with any credits. I bought 100 for $20. I used 10 to reset, then another 10 to make the windows roll down when opening the door. 2019 Q5 w/ Android phone. It connects via Bluetooth easily, and the longest part was the initial scan and you can skip that to go directly to the apps. I wanted to buy the app to point mirrors down while in reverse, but I guess my model doesn't have the motors to do that. It's tiny, and very easy to use.

Dishonest seller, stay far away! OBD11 rocks tho
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. They sold me a "new" OBD11, that was in a used box, with dust inside of it and on the scan tool. Was dead on arrival. These should blink an orange light, which is their "heartbeat". Well, mine didn't, and it's heart was dead. Couldn't be found on Bluetooth either, which confirmed that it's dead. In the process of returning for a refund. This seller clearly sold me a used, already returned, item. Unacceptable. Now my time is being wasted having to return this item because of a dishonest seller. Attached is a picture of someone else's dust on my "new" scan tool.Rant over, the OBD11 is an awesome scan tool for your VW/Audi, and I've used mine for years. My original one I've had for years stopped connecting, so I thought it's time to get a new one. I highly recommend an OBD11, it'll save you thousands in repairs and diagnostics if used properly. Don't pay attention to the reviews saying you need to pay for every change. Buy the pro account in the first place, and don't use their "apps" if you don't wanna spend the dollar per change. You can do all the same changes for free if you do your diligent research and use long coding. Once again, I can't recommend this product enough, but for your own good, stay far far away from this dishonest seller.

Read and clear trouble codes. With Pro-license ($35 more), you can execute VCDS commands.
I like the look and feel of the OBDeleven app, and it looks like it works great. This company does not provide a user guide to assist you with executing Basic Settings or Adaptations. If you want to execute Basic Settings, Adaptations, or Long Coding, you can do this with this product, however you will need to create a user in the App, and then upgrade to a Pro License for that user (about $35).This app does have these features:1) Read DTC error codes (works).2) Clear DTC error codes (works).3) Execute "Apps" (each time you execute these they charge you 10 points or 100 points), and the feature may or may not work. If they do not work, the dealer may not help you and this may invalidate your warranty.4) Execute Long Coding. Be sure to BACKUP your cars settings BEFORE you make any changes. This basically allows you to change the parameters that control various parts of the car. You need to know exactly what you are doing! I hear there is a history of changes under each module (like Engine).5) Read live data, Basic Settings, and Adaptations. If you know VCDS commands, you can try to execute them. I suggest sticking to the commands you see in the dropdown list under Live Data, Basic Settings, and Adaptations. Ross-Tech may be a source for executing VCDS commands. Figuring out if you should execute them under Basic Settings or Adaptations is a challenge. Most of them appear to be in Basic Settings.6) When you execute Live Data, Basic Settings, and Adaptation commands, the command displays current values for about 10 seconds, and then stops. Most of the time, I needed to go back and re-execute the command to see current values again.7) With OBDeleven, for a VW EOS TSI 2009, when I execute Basic Settings and Adaption commands, I found I could execute many of the commands I wanted to execute. It took a bit of trial and error finding which ones worked and when you can execute them.If you see the error "Function Not Available", it is likely the command is not supported by your car. If you see the error "cancelled, marginal requirements not met", this could be due to factors such as ignition on, engine running/not running, idle speed, engine temperature. Note: if you execute a Basic Settings command, many times you need to turn off the ignition and back on before you can execute another Basic Settings command. If you are a DIY mechanic and really want to ensure the car is working properly, another product would be better.I have seen blogs where someone made Long Coding changes, or executed an App and then things did not work right. The dealership noticed the changes and wants to charge more than $1,000 to correct. These changes can violate your warranty. It appears there is a history of changes in each controller, so you may be able to figure out how to undo your changes.Eventually, I found that I could execute most commands, and it seems to be working better than when I first purchased this (maybe they updated the commands?).

Saved me thousands!!!
This has paid for itself 10x over even with having to pay the yearly subscription. I 1st bought this cuz I was having a major issue with my Audi A6 and no check engine light was on so regular obd wasn't giving me any codes. I took the car back n forth to the dealer 4 times for the same issue and they couldn't figure it out. They actually told me my car was possessed (no joke)!!! I bought this and the day I got it I figured out what was wrong with the car and the next day it was fixed. Since I've had this it has saved me every bit of $10,000 by being able to figure out and fix the issues myself and not having to pay expensive dealer or shop prices.

MmMmM those disbaled Features are now Enabled
So what can I say, you buy a car for all its awesomeness and you get a car with fewer features than it has.So I downloaded the App started getting my free Points daily and once it arrived I was able to enable every feature I was missing like, Optical Parking screen, Needle Sweep, Dynamic Turn Signals, cornering lights and so much more. Yes the dongle is expensive but the face of an Audi representative when you show them the features you have to pay for enabled its so good, its worth money.

Unit works as advertised with a warning
The unit is OK, the interface is very nice. However, if the app cannot phone home the unit is a paper weight. I live in an area with poor cell coverage and this is a show stopper. The company needs to look at adding a stand alone feature.
