Does this chair have a tilt lock and ability to slide seat forward?

It’s fully loaded with all options But no aeron comes with the option to move the seat back and forth

I'm 5.4 and weight 150, ¿what size would be a better fit for me, A or B.? Anyone?

B is comfortable for me and I am 5'11" and 220 lbs. There's plenty of room in my chair. Maybe A would work for you.
