I don't write reviews often. I prefer to give positive reviews but this product is worthless and I honestly wish I could give zero stars. I was hopeful from other reviews but I am beyond disappointed. First, the tablets do not dissolve in my mouth. I had to chew them. Very chalky. I have tried for several nights. Several doses each night. Worthless. Total waste of money. Not even a calming effect. Nothing. Now I am exhausted and annoyed.
