Classic Bundtlette

Update: 12/20/2025: I’ve used this pan several times now, with great results every time! It made the cutest little Christmas cakes for all of my neighbors. Each cake is the size of a muffin, and I decorated them with a chocolate ganache and sugared cranberries. Sugared cranberries are super easy to make, and they’re a great decoration for the holidays. This pan is heavy and well-made, and it bakes evenly. It uses half of a regular bundt cake batter recipe, so you’ll get 12 little cakes from each recipe. It’s important to only fill them 2/3 full or the tops will rise above the pan and be rounded. This doesn’t hurt anything, but could make them sit a little unevenly unless you trim off the tops. Mine rose like that, and I chose not to trim them. Once they’re decorated, I don’t think it’s noticeable, but you can be the judge from the photos below. I just made my first batch of little cakes in this pan, and I’m a big fan! My batter was very thick, so I took the time to press it down into the mold and into all the little crevices with a spatula before baking. I also made sure the tops were even and level. They baked evenly and took a lot less time than a full-size Bundt cake. I sprayed each mold liberally with baking spray, the kind with oil and flour. This is an important step, and I recommend doing it just before you pour the batter into the pan. I let them cool in the pan for 15 minutes, also very important, and they released perfectly without leaving so much as a crumb behind. I allowed the pan to cool completely before baking the next batch. The pan holds about half of a batch of Bundt cake dough. Depending on your recipe, you may get more than two batches of little cakes. If I had enough storage space, I’d order another one of these, so I could bake a full recipe all at once. This pan is made in America, and it’s a genuine Nordic Ware pan. It’s heavy, made of cast aluminum, so it will last forever if treated properly, and the molds are sharply defined, making your cakes come out beautifully, so they’re a good value for the money. NEVER wash these pans in the dishwasher. A quick rinse in hot, soapy water is all it needs.

Good quality pan and just the right size for individual Bundt cakes. Didn't have an issue with the cake sticking and it cleaned up well.

We don’t have a Nothing Bundt Cakes in Alaska and these are the perfect size to make dupes! They almost look identical. This pan does amazing, it’s insanely durable and cooks the cakes evenly!

The quality is outstanding! I was surprised by the weight. It is heavier than I thought it would be, but that's fine. I coated the pans and floured them lightly. The product released with ease and was absolutely beautiful! It is a bit pricey, but well worth it!! I highly recommend this item!

These are extremely heavy duty! I bought them to make little Bundt cakes for our granddaughters birthday. They were perfect for my honey stacks for her bee themed party! They are not tiny, each cake could feed two people easily if someone wanted to share. Excellent quality!!

heavy, good release and washes easily

These are the size of a bundtlette from Nothing Bundt Cakes. It has the classic design and it’s almost the size of a mini cake but you do need a plate and a fork to eat it, it’s not a grab and go situation. The pan is well made although I wish it had handles like other Nordic Ware Pans. I have experienced slight sticking but that’s only when my batter is too loose with liquid or there is too much sugar and I need to reduce. But dusting with flour helps with the heavier batters and they slide right out. The pan is a good investment and good value.

This is a very heavy duty pan. Nordic Ware makes the best bakeware. My mini Bundt cakes cooked perfectly and did not stick at all when using cooking spray.

I love this mini bundt cake pan, It is non-stick and I have yet to have anything come out of them less than perfect. I would totally recommend this product to anyone looking for a sturdy and well-designed pan.

This pan is heavy and the quality is good. The bundt portion of the pan is larger than I anticipated. I wanted this pan to make small sticky puddings for Xmas but ended up using a smaller version.
