I had previously read other reviews and one person had mentioned crushing 1 up and mixing it with honey to take. I have been sick with bronchitis for 3 weeks so when it arrived, I did just that. It wasn't horrible tasting, just sweet from the honey and spicy with the cinnamon and other ingredients. It's been almost 2.5 hours and I don't have the tickle when I breathe in nor am I experiencing any wheezing. This is wonderful! I took a second one for good measure. I can't wait to breastfeed my son so he can get the benefits too! I know what the bottle says but I've been using herbs and homeopathic medicine for over a decade. I use common sense and my own motherly instinct to do what's best for my children. Anyway, I highly recommend.
