Review: Wonderful Product - Keep Your Tank Safe With Inkbird! - I have owned 3 Inkbird units (one in my large tank, one in my smaller tank, and one in my QT tank). I was originally introduced to Inkbirds by a wonderful blog post by Aquarium Store Depot who talked about creating an aquarium heater system that has multiple fail safes. Their blog post talked about using a controller like an inkbird as the central brain of the whole heating and cooling system. I followed their recommendations to the T with two heaters and a controller. The old models are amazing and very accurate. When I heard about this new wifi model I just had to try it. I put this controller on my new reef tank setup. After I installed it and fired up the app, I was impressed with the fact that this app can monitor ALL tank systems in your home. This is a great feature for those of us who suffer from Multiple Tank Syndrome (MTS). I can now go quickly into the app and see the temperature of the tank. I can access all the settings in the tank if I want to make an adjustment. I can also pull up charts to see if my temperatures swing throughout the day. This was definitely worth upgrading to! My only complaint is the charts. They have a weird naming template so I can't understand what day it charted, but I love accessing everything on my phone now. The fact that I get mobile alerts if my temperature goes too low or too high is priceless. Heater failure is such a common reason for a livestock wipe out in an aquarium. It's worth your money to invest in one. I also got a Wyze camera so I'm set with complete monitoring when I'm traveling or away from home. Thank you Inkbird for making another great product. I'm looking forward to upgrading my other tanks so everything can be on the app :).

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Versitile Unit

I plan to use the controller for a seed propagating table heater, however in the meantime I found it very useful to let me know the ambient house temperature while I'm away. (My wireless furnace thermostat is too complicated and I never was able to get it working properly.) Another use I found was to keep an ice chest cooler from freezing. I bought a whole beef rib to portion out for gifts and needed to keep it chilled for a few days. Since the temperatures have been well below freezing in NM, I kept the rib in the cooler and used the controller hooked up to a rope light to keep it just above freezing. WORKED LIKE A CHARM!
