It was due to the leaky infill valve. Look up the part# online and bought it from Amazon. Depending on the model of your dishwasher, mine is simply remove the toe kick panel. Swapping out the old valve should only take 10 to 20 minutes. However, my supply line was more than 10 yr old, the connector rubber ring started to leak after reattaching to the new valve.
