Will this work without the drop pitman arm?

No. You must keep the pitman arm and track bar at the same level, or your steering will do things you don’t want it to do. It will feel like the truck is driving itself drunk. The perfect arm for this is the 6610. The 6605 is not the right one. Use the 6610 only.

Where can I get a replacement drop bracket?

i got mine off ebay but i would imagine any site that sells lift kits would sell a drop bracket

Both side are fixed non movable bushing, dosen't it need some balljoind ?

It is an adjustable front track bar. Rubber bushing at both ends. I put 1 on a 95 ZJ with 4.5 lift. Works great.
